The above tariff includes fully comprehensive insurance for the UK and is for 1 named driver with no more than 3 points on their licence. Additional drivers can be added and this will be added to the cost of your hire. In situations where the named driver or drivers have more than 3 points every additional 3 points an insurance charge will apply.
The only addition cost will be if you choose to hire bedding at £20 per week and hand towels £5 per week.
The 3 and 4 night hire tariffs are based on mid week hire periods and the 7 and 14 night hire periods commence on a Saturday from 2pm. Longer hire periods can be arranged.
Please allow a minimum of 60 minutes for the handover period prior to your holiday commencing and the same amount of time for the return of the Motor home. The hire period ends at 11am.

The final confirmation of your holiday, fully booked and secured will be determined by the insurance department. This will be following verification of the driver details provided by you. The tariff prices are based on drivers with no more than 3 points on their licence. In the event of the driver or drivers having more than 3 points every additional 3 points an additional cost will be applicable. All the bookings will be confirmed in writing or by email and will be subject to a minimum deposit of £250 being received and cleared. Payments can be made by cheque or bacs payment. The hire period full amount will need to be paid and cleared at least four weeks prior to your holiday starting. A damage deposit of £500 will also be required. This is a bond fee and will be refunded in full after the handover has been completed and there is no damage to the motorhome and returned as per the terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to the Insurance details provided being correct and cleared by the insurance department and subject to our terms and conditions. A copy of these can be requested. In all cases a minimum one hour handover of the motorhome is required on collection and the return of the motorhome from our depot. This will include the use and explanation of the on board facilities the water, toilet, shower, refrigerator, cooker, microwave and the heating system. On return of the vehicle a minimum one hour handover will also be required. The details of this handover are detailed in the terms and conditions.
