Where and at what time can I collect the motorhome and when do we need to return it? Our motorhome is available to hire all year round. We recommend that you book well in advance to avoid any disappointment. The motorhome is available to collect from our home in Haslington The hire period begins at 2pm.
What happens if I return my motorhome early or late? There are no refunds for the early return of the motorhome. In all cases if you’re going to be late we must be notified as your insurance will be null and void after 11.00am following your final nights hire. Late charges will apply for the additional insurance cost and the potential impact on the next hire period.
What safety features are included? Our vehicle is brand new for 2014 and is fitted with the latest safety equipment, driver’s air bag, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, front seatbelts and reversing camera.
Who can drive the motorhome and where cab it be driven? All drivers must be aged between 25 and 70.The motorhome can be driven throughout the UK. The motorhome hire price includes one driver additional drivers can be added at the time of making you booking subject to the terms and conditions.
What happens if I have more than 3 points on my licence? All drivers with more than 3 points will also be charged an additional cost per day and this will be determined by our insurance department. Previous driving offences may also mean that an additional charge will apply this will again be determined by our insurance department and agreed at the time of your booking.
What are the dimensions of the motorhome?
The overall length is 7.2 metres, width is 2.2 metres and the height is 3 metres. Take care when using public car parks and when parking.
